I wonder if this is some kind of robot that checks to see if numbers are live. Whether you pick up or let it go to voice mail it knows that this number is still working and therefore they will leave it in the dialer for telemarketing. So if it doesn't work they will delete it from the dialer ,. I have been getting this number for years and all it does is beep , who the heck uses fax machines anymore.
