I wouldn't talk to anyone on the phone if I don't know who they are. Nothing will be accomplished when talking on the phone. Come see me face to face if you can.
I looked at my phone and saw this # V72717223400337.. what is that #??? I picked it up and a guy with a strong accent started to converse and said "I'm calling about your PC" and that was it, I hung up. I know where this convo is going and had that whole experience in the past. So I read all your comments up there and notice nothing of this one that I had but still it's definitely a scam. I then went to my parents home later in the evening and a similar call came through their phone line and my father did the exact same thing as they started to mentioned about their PC as well. Their number that they were calling from is V72718152300018 and the most interesting thing is that I than saw from their phone line this number right beside that long number and that is where it brought me to this site and that phone # was 647-694-0203. Seems to be coming from Toronto, Ontario. I hope those digits are not numbers that are being charged to other phones. I've had one of those charges in the past and not a pleasant experience. I was a software that piggybacked onto one of my PC's while I was downloading and this line was in the background and made it looked like it was coded directly into my phone. Very scary folks.
