This is an advertising company that wants to sell you a 15 second ad to play in a closed circuit TV at Home Hardware. I got hosed 3 years a go when I guy was in town selling ads for them. I never did see the ad and they phone me every year and I tell them you have hosed me already once stop phoning...... It is a huge scam
A Lady, with British accent called regarding marketing asking to talk to the owner. She asked if you wanted to advertise your business in hardware store. They called last year too, we refused and asked to kindly take us off the list. They never did. In 2 minutes She called again, just changed the phone to Unknown Caller asking to talk to the owner again, I mentioned you just talked to me she said no I did not, I insisted yes you did, even the accent was the same and She hanged up on me. Very rude!
Man with British type accent. He was vague, talking about doing business with a local hardware store that is part of a national chain (Peavey Mart) in Canada. When pushed to clarify what he wanted, he wanted to speak to the owner. Then he added that he was calling on behalf of a production company to shoot an ad to profile a local business, and they had done business with Peavey Mart. Told him not a chance. He was so vague about everything and this isn't the first type of call like this that it comes across as a complete scam.
