I received a email from Walmart saying I won one million us and gave me ticket number and ref number and told me to email them back making sure I gotbthier email and then said ask my country of origin and ask my name and how old I am and I gabe it to them since it was not much info then they emailed me back few days later and said they transfered the funds to a RBC Toronto bank gave me address and said I have to talk to a repersentitive thier buy name of Thomas Hanson. The whole time not once did they ask me for money but the guy I called on number they gave me asked for my bank account numbers to transfer it to me along with a passport picture or picture of drivers licence for verification and ticket number and ref number and he said he had to match it with what they sent him idk is this a scam I searched his number and it is the location of bank and the address Gaven bye Walmart email was same location of bank and his phone I traced what u think I'm puzzled what should I do I think I should drive down and see if this is for real then give any bank info over the net that's for sure what u think about this

Its fake. WalMart is not giving one million of anything to anyone.
The information they asked for is all they need to empty your bank account, spend money in your name, commit crimes in your name, and all sorts of other illegal activities.
Contact RBC, but not using the phone number or email address the scammer gave you. Google the bank or look it up in the phone book. They have probably already heard from other victims and can confirm its a scam. If they haven't heard of it they can use the information you give them to investigate it and maybe get it shut down.
Walmart does NOT have a sweepstakes for one million dollars. I know they have had several sweepstakes, but for things like cars or trips. You should NEVER give any sensitive personal information to anyone who calls or emails you - not unless you have verified that they are who they say they are. What was the email address from Walmart? You can contact Walmart via email at: http://help.walmart.com/app/ask or call your local store.
Any time you get a call or an email saying you won this or that, ask yourself: did I actually enter a competition? You can't win a sweepstakes or competition you never entered. Even if you have entered, always do your due diligence to make sure it's not a scammer calling or emailing you.
