First call was a message. The name which FDR wants is connected to a 15 year-old account, which reveals they bought a very old "bad debt". So this is their problem, not mine. I have no contract with FDR and I have received no signed, verifiable claim. These calls are meaningless. A third call, I answered and a recorded voice said, "if you wish to speak with an operator, press 1", so I did. After 10 minutes of music, I hung up. I recommend either not picking up, or doing so, saying nothing, and waiting for FDR to disconnect, because there is no one available to tell, "put it in writing, sign it, and mail it." Any unverified "Demand for Payment", via the post, is mail fraud. Don't fall for it.
