Received email from his hotmail account. I am sure it is a scam. Bill's correspondence is attached below:

I insisted on PayPal because i don't have any access to give my private courier cash also i don't have internet banking or certified cheque, but i can pay from my PayPal account, as i have my bank a/c attached to it... In case you don't have a paypal account I'll advice you to register for one at http://www.paypal.com/. Also I have a private pick-up person that will contact you in-order to handle the pick-up at any location of your choice once the payment is completed.
My offer is $1,700 am offering you more than your asking price due to other potential buyers. I'll like you to tell me the present condition and send your paypal email address and so that I can make the payment if you wish to proceed.
