I've been getting a call from this number but never answered and they didn't leave a message. Today I answered. It's the Friends of the CBC. They are doing a campaign because the board of directors are all Conservative-party affiliates working against the best interest of the CBC, closing stations, and selling off infrastructure. Consider answering next time if you want more information.
I don't get it. What's in it for a person or company or organization which calls repeatedly, doesn't say a word, and then the line hangs up? Are they tracking when people are home? Or do they just get a kick out of bothering people. Is it possible to block this number without having to pay?
