Who called from 6478461221

Call from phoney marketing. Call from another forwarded number 303-758-3940 and from 303-421-3658.  actuall Casino Bus line.

I got a call from this person once I thought maybe it was wrong number?.. then they called again and left a voice mail saying something the sounded like "Now or Ow" which was really weird and creep so I blocked the number..

Called - left no message.  Called back - not in service. Same as others so I blocked it.

its weird because even though I am constantly blocking this number, it somehow unblocks itself. Recently I got a call from 64 7 846 1221, which is located in hamilton, waikato, new zealand.

Called, no message. Calling back says the number is not in service (spoofed!). Now blocked.
