Who called from 6478940647

I get calls almost everyday from this number and when I answer, they just hang up.  I've tried to call the number back but it puts me on hold and then just disconnects me.  Who is this and how do I get them to stop???

Me too!  Twice, one at 2:02 pm this afternoon and once this evening at 7:31 pm.  No message.  I did not answer

caller id didn't show name just number, I didn't answer, no message left, so I blocked the call

Same thing too. I dont answer any calls anymore. Either scam or debtor fake calls. Who knows what they are doing? Especially Ontario, CA.
