Student loans. I missed my last monthly payment(bills all hit at once) and I've received calls from these guys twice daily for like two weeks even after I've paid them. Effing brutal.
just so I understand this. You knew who called you, and you knew why but you looked up the number anyway? Then you conveniently forgot to mention the name of the company calling?
Its automated. Sometimes they do not update their records that you have called and settled your account with NSL. Just call back at their alternate number 1-866-788-0288 to update your account. If you dont call back, they keep calling...its that simple. Good luck!
