I had posted to craigslist saying I'm in need of a job, I got the same exact email from him. As a joke I emailed him back saying "oh hey would you also like my SS number as well?" Of course I'm not going to give it to him but don't trust him, he's obviously a fraud.

I replied to a help wanted ad on CL. Received a bogus email just like the others above. Now today I get a text from this number telling me they'd like to talk to me about employment. Obviously connected and obviously a scam. Don't fall for it...650-830-7049 and 650-200-1466
