I got the same call with the same 650-208-6569. Same name Richard Henry and wife Sara. Told me my father in law was using Richards son, Adam's, SSNm and how Adam was having a hard time getting a student loan. Seriously??? Well I dont care because I dont live with him, plus how in the world did he get my number? Scammer that sounds real so beware.
This guy was called me from my work's phone number. He told me about my husband is using his mother-in-law social security number, that they have a hard time to refinance the property. He said that he try to be nice so he called me to tell me about it. So I asked him who is and why he Call me instead of my husband. He gave me his name: Richard Hendry and his wife name is Sara, and his phone number 650-208-6569, they're from California. He repeated: he try to be nice...know this wasn't right so I told him this is a scandal than he was mad and told me that he's going to call a police, he'll call the immigration and my husband is going to jail...So please please be careful with this kind of people. I hope they'll get caught soon and put them in jail...

Ok let us look at your multiple posts shall we? "This guy was called me from my work's phone number" So he works with you? Otherwise how would he call you from your workplace? "He told me about my husband is using his mother-in-law social security number" So your husband is using your mother's SS#? That would be his mother in law. "that they have a hard time to refinance the property" No idea what that means, you are trying to refinance your property, your mother is trying to refinance? How would that affect someone else?
