Called back 650-209-5850 just to see if they were there, (they left background noise on my answering machine) and the message I got was "You have reached a number that is no longer in service", SO they are apparently can use phone numbers and then they're gone. I am approaching 100 blocked calls on my phone because I block them so often, it's like a job!
