Who called from 6502144578

They tried to tell me I qualified for grant from the government because of the bad economy. I could barely understand they're english.

They have called 8 times today and it's very annoying. They don't leave message on the answering machine.

I now have 8 calls from this number today alone, I answer; they don't. This last time they laughed before disconnecting.  When I call it back it says the Google subscriber your are calling is not accepting calls.

Make that 9 times today, they just walked again and finally answered me and said something g about being a government grant agency. Needless to say I just lost my cool on the guy
