Who called from 6502152604

Receiving calls from 650 215-2604 every two to three hours. They Hang up as soon as I pick up their call.

What's going on?

I have received several calls from this number in a day for the past few weeks. I have missed the call and when I call back I get the same recording that all circuits are busy

Calls 2-3 times per week no voicemail

They are calling several times a day now.  Recorded message about mortgages I think.......I never listen long enough to find out.  Worst spam caller I have ever had.

Surprised more people aren't logging this one.  Been calling 5 times a day for the last week or so.  Calls start late afternoon and continue into the evening.
