I received a call from 607-821-1880 said his name was Tony Miller (of course it's not a human its a recording) stating that they are looking for me to clear up a check fraud matter in civil court and would like me to call them up at 650-226-8344 to clear up this matter before court. They also asked that I give my house address and work place and theywould contact my HR department to clear up this matter and find out how to get papers delivered to me served.
Same here I'm getting calls from them and they're even calling my family and friends. My supposed case number 2014-6622 Anyone else get this case number? I called them and asked the name of their company wouldn't give it to my unless I gave them my name. Think I'll keep calling them back and hang up on them the way they hung up on me. TOTAL SCAM!!!! DON'T FALL FOR THE LINE OF B.S.
I got a vm from tony Miller saying I defrauded a bank. He left the call back number 650-226-8344. I haven't written a check in over 8 years. Next time I will record the call and report them to my local agency.
