Who called from 6502390142

Keeps calling me, and leaving me 5 second empty voicemail. I can hear other people talking in the background, like a call center.

I picked up.  Heard a beep, then "Hello?  Hello?".  Don't know what she was selling.

Just got a call from this number while traveling abroad. No message. Is there any way to block these calls?

Unwanted call. Tried to sell some solar related discount to me.

Yes just got a call no message. If you have a phone that  you able to block calls that is what I do. Mine says a millbrae CA
