DID U EVER GET THEM TO STOP YET, I STATED GETTING THEM AND I NEVER ANSWER, THEY CALL MY CELL IM NOT PAYING AND RACKING UP MY MINUTES FOR SOMEONE UNKNOWN
I am getting calls from this number. This is just like phishing scams on the internet. What they are doing is calling the number to see if it will be answered. It is all automated so it will log the day of the week and time you answered. They then sell your number with the day of the week and time you are most likely to answer.
What ticks me off is that they are calling my cell number, which violates several federal regulations. Don't answer, just block the number. I have had 11 calls in two days at all times of the day.
A lot of cell phone calls and did the same thing as the others experienced. When I did speak to a person, I couldn't understand a thing she was saying. I called back to find out what this is about. They claim they will give a free CD to get grants for anything. The male I spoke to insisted that I give him my debit or credit card number. when I told him his was out of his mind to think I would give that info out. He then became angry and DEMANDED I give him my credit card #. I told him he was a scam and I was having him investigated.The address he gave was :
