I have been calls on my mobile with no answer to no response.

Answered, but no one there.  Called at 8:30 am.

Caller ID says 'out of area'..
Message said.... Hello..Good Morning  2 times, then hung up.


most likely a spoofed number, as my area is a 650 number

three rings, answered....."hello, hello".  Dead air....hung up and search internet......caller ID from Redwood city.  Internet says Arlene K. Davis, 126 Jeter Street (94062).
