I received several calls from them threatening me with jail if I did not comply with their rules. They wanted me to send them $500 the next morning or POLICE would be at my door. Still receiving these calls and threats but have no further information for the cops.

Foster called sayig that I took out a loan of 300 with a payday loan company called cashnetexpress. He gave me all of my correct information that I requested and verified. When I called back and told him that the account that he is claiming the deposit went into the account was closed in the same month and that I was not wanting to pay the company back. He starting to say that I was laying and when I asked when in January 2009 he said he did not have the info. We will see tommorrow at 11am to see if anyone shows up. I kept calling him today to verify information but by 1pm he said that there is nothing else he can do and that all the information he had he already downloaded the information to the investigators/

They stated that they needed the payment by 1100 or they would arrest her from her work and she was going to have to go to California for court.
