Caller appeared to be recorded.
"Hi it's Josh, can you hear me okay?" and then I hung up.
Caller ID says from Pacifica, CA. Calling back, message says "Thanks for calling. The survey you have called for is now finished."
I keep getting this scam call too, and have blocked the number several times. However, they're onto that, and keep changing their number -- so blocking only works until they get a new one. Aggravating!
