Got the same call saying that they had a search warrant and were ready to surround my house. After I kept asking for the "agents" name they eventually hung up and never got as far as demanding money.
Just got a call from this number with Caller ID as "South San Francisco. First call they didn't answer after I picked up, then they called again and asked for me by name. I asked what they wanted and they said "we're with the DEA". I said "SURE you are", and they hung up.
I have received several calls from this number saying they will issue warrants for my arrest if I do not help them with an investigation in a Dominican Republic pharmacy. They made it clear I can do jail time if I do not help them. They wanted to send me something to help them in the investigation from what I could understand the call quality was very poor telling me this was a Voip call on a bad internet connection. I am sure the question of money was not far behind their inquires. The female on the line was very convincing when I could understand he from the poor call quality. Anyone can purchase a "DID" number and these are hard to trace since those that purchase them do not give out their correct personal information.
