Called 3 times in a row and left no message. 4th call I answered and did not say a word and he said "Hello this is Joe" and I hung up. "Joe" called earlier today from 650-499-3071 and the same scenario. "Joe" called the other day from a different number and said he was "Walter". They keep calling until they pull their scam. Beware!
This is a big time spam caller. Call me and ask for my name and other personal related question. They are definitely scam people in exchange of gathering survey information.
