Who called from 6505394932

Apparently a Concord phone number.  Don't know anyone in Concord.

Gotten calls several times from this number. Every time, there's a brief silence, and then a message plays that says, "Due to a technical problem on our end, we are unable to play the recorded message."

Very meta. But also very annoying.

I have been getting calls from this 650-539-4932 everyday for the past two weeks. No live person on the phone. I wish the phone company has a way to look into this

How do I block this number?

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
