I've been receiving calls from this number 2 or 3 times a day nearly every day. For the past 4 months I've been getting calls from the area code 650 - they change the number after 2 or 3 calls. I usually don't answer any 650 calls but once twice I did and no one speaks. I've tried calling a few of these numbers back from a landline and the recording says it's not an active number.
Yes, we receive several calls a day from 650 555 1236. After a long pause a woman told me they had received my address from Pacific Gas and Electric and can reduce my home energy bills if I allow an inspector to look inside my home. This is a total scam! For a few weeks prior I received the same calls from a different number that was listed as belonging to a local contractor. They all disconnect quickly when I ask them to stop calling.
