I received a call at about 2:30 a.m. from 650-618-9523.  It appeared to be some sort of computer call and it said something about Viber.  I have never received a computer call this early in the morning.  So frustrating!  I have been having lots of trouble sleeping lately, and this call did not help.

Its DEFINITELY from VIBER. Its when they call you with the check number because the text delivery didn't work.
