I just got this same email. SO - they say I will be laid off from my current job and blacklisted from getting any other job, AND my paychecks will be withheld - WHAT paychecks if you blacklist me from ever getting a job again?? And if you really want your money from me (that I don't owe bc I never had this loan) then how would you like me to pay without a job..... how stupid..... Plus what court case emails you first to let you know so you can settle out of court before mailing you a letter or showing up at your door with the documents?? Dumb.
