Received a threatening call today from a person, with an Indian accent, named SAMUEL BAXTER, for a loan/money I NEVER received. I was told I owe $495 but he would accept $75 today, and that he needed a voucher within 2 hours or I would be arrested. WHAT A SPAM!!!
These people called and threaten me about a loan that I did not get from them. They also threaten to get a warrant for my arrest. I know for a fact that I did not get a loan from these people. I have notified the police and the BBB about the harassment calls. They assured me they will be looking into this problem.
I received in a matter of a few hours three threatening phone calls. A voicemail as well claiming its a time sensitive matter and if I did not act I would have to go to court. I saved the voicemail and will handle accordingly.
I received the same message...I never received any loan from anyone and this guy is telling me that if I don't pay him money he is going to send someone to arrest me...Crazy people...
The man who left a message on my answering machine Sept 30 had such a thick accent I couldn't understand most of his message even after listening 3 times!! So I don't know whether I was being harassed or not! When I googled the number I was not surprised it was a telemarketer.
