Third strange number of the day. Actually answered this one (in fake voice just in case) and it was recording regarding a solar panel offer as my house (which I don't own) has been selected for this limited opportunity. Just hangs up at end of recording, no "press x to be removed from this list", etc. From what I could tell, at least one of the other strange #s of the day was the same recording per my research.
