Solar solicitor.  Need I say more?  I picked up this call from this number, said hello and no one responded.  I called the number back and they had a recorded message. I waited for a rep to answer. When the rep answered, he said "Hello?" like he was surprised that he was getting a call and he did not state the name of the company. I asked if this was a solar company and he said "yes." I then hung up. I think the scammers have a new number to play with.
