This person keep on calling me and said he's from Capital One Bank and offer me a $5000 Loan I think he's full of crap. If anybody else got this phone call how do I stop him from calling me
I keep getting the same call from this guy saying he is from Capital One bank
When I asked him to send me a contract via email he doesn't
I think this guy is full if crap and it's a scam

This person actually stole money from me. Stated he was from Capital One bank. Said I was approved for a loan. something I was actually applying for. Never got the funds after they told me they were transfered into my account. Everyone needs to report these people.
