Leaves voice mail that this is "IRS Crime Division" and in vague terms leaves threats of prosecution and jail. When you call back they answer IRS. The background noise is that of a telemarketing phone bank. When asked for a badge number, the person will give you an number beginning with IRM....all of this is absurd. I usually never call back but this scam is being perpetrated from several different numbers. Each leaving the same recorded message. The foreigner on the phone was so frustrated with me he finally hung up.Just wanted to give them a dose of their own annoying activity. I got him very excited by offering to send $30,000 lol.
