Who called from 6512913238

I don't think this is the Red Cross, I give often also and receive phone calls from them from a different number. They always leave a message.

I also get calls from this number frequently and they present themselves as the American Red Cross.

It is the American Red Cross.

I'm receiving all kinds of calls from the area code "651". At least 3 times a day I get a call. Some thing is not right here.

I'm guessing it is the red cross.  They call me several times a week and never leave a message.
