Got this call shortly after Minnesota One Services called, saying they would be in our area by for a roof inspection. Either they are drumming up business from new homeowners, or looking for anyone that will let them inspect their roof (after a recent storm).
Supposedly some "local" home inspection company - didn't get any further than that before I told them to remove my number, hung up and blocked the number.

There is a Minnesota 1 Construction company, but they have an A+ rating with the BBB, no complaints, and have been in business since 1994. This sounds like one of those roofing company scams akin to the driveway resurfacing scam the one poster mentioned. There is also another thread here with that company name mentioned. I'll have to find it. I wish we could get a little more information on them.
MN 1 services has to be a scam. They are now "spoofing" phone numbers. 4 calls this week alone from different numbers. They claim they are in Eden Prairie and are obnoxious and relentless on the phone. Beware.. do not provide them any information. They are spoofing numbers from local residences.
