Who called from 6514042938

I finally got a real person. He said they were diversified debt collections.. not sure if it's a scam or not

I have no idea who these scumbags are, but any calls from Hastings, on this number and others, are suspicious, and I block them. It's not yet noon and they have called 2 times.

I just got a call from this number at work in North Dakota.  I am actually from Hastings MN and the Caller ID showed, Hastings MN.  No one responded to me when I answered this call.  I was worried something was wrong with my family so I tried to look up what this number was, but apparently many people struggle with this phone number.
