Number came up. I let the answering machine get it due to not knowing anyone in Minneapolis. I plugged the number into the computer to realize that this number is related to scams. I want this number blocked!
Got a call and I answered - Ask who they are and then tell them your phone is on a Do Not Call List. They will not call back. I will record each time they call and Sue them for harassment .
Got a call today at 11:15am (Sun 2/19/17) left no msg - they even have to pester on the Sabbath (to ask for donations to the police funds per postings). CID showed only Minneapolis, Mn, but I have gotten calls from various cities in my own state & asked to be removed from their list & told them am on DNC list but they don't abide by it & they are a non profit org so that list doesn't apply to them. So I just DONT and ph unless I know the #!!!
Same old s***,different day. Special place reserved in hell for these companies who scam people. And NO one can do a thing about it. Government DNC list--a scam in and of itself. Was devised just to make the people THINK they would be safer. Ha!!!!!!
No offense,Theyarestillatit, but you're a twit. The DNC list isn't a scam because, 1 - It is very effective at stopping legitimate telemarketers, and, 2 - it was never intended to stop scammers and criminals. How could it? Why would people who intend to break the law anyway change their plans just because there's a new law telling them not to?
