Keeps calling. Never leaves a msg. I called it and got a recording..this call will be monitored or recorded.  Due to unusually high call volume .all of our agents are busy. Please leave a msg and we will call you back

I have no idea who is trying to call me.  They call daily and leave no message.  I finally got frustrated and called the number back. After a long series of weird rings someone answered.  The said they were from Central Credit Services.  My financials are in good standing so I can't imagine they have any reason to be calling me.  They are calling my cell phone and I have also been on the Do Not Call registry since 2013.

So frustrating! I get a call two or three times a day and nobody responds, ever!

Answered.  After a few clicks the caller came on the line. Hung up as they fumbled for words. Obviously an unwanted call.
