Just called my cell. No voicemail.

Yep!  Call says it's from Minnesota... called at 8:07 pm Eastern

Yes, just got a call on the cell at 10:07 a.m. Eastern today. Can't find to whom it is registered.

Voice mail about 4 seconds of silence. Called it back and got a recording saying "IF you'd like to be placed on a Do Not Call list for this number, press 1." I am assuming that pressing 1 would verify a working number which would be sold to a million scammers and telemarketers. I will block the number.

Just got the call. It rang for 3s then hung up. Same message as above when called back.
