call from 651-626-8377 caller ID said "UNKNOWN CALLER" on Thursday 06-01-17 at 940 AM
call was from a female caller about the medical alert system
caller asked me "are you familiar with the medical alert system?"
told her "yes, I am."
caller seemed surprised but asked me "do you have a system?"
told her "Yes, I do."
caller said "OK, then."
asked caller "will you be removing my number from your list.?"
she said "would remove as we are not like the other companies." - (yeah right - we will see).
I've heard the same questions in that same order, I'm fairly sure from a tiny call center in Florida. I'll be more sure if you were given the rep's "Medical Alert ID number" and asked "who I have the pleasure to speak with". To get that far I expect you needed to press through from a canned pitch regarding your "wellness package".
