call from 651-633-3733 caller ID said "PALLOW, RICHARD" on Wednesday 08-02-17 at 1252 PM
Foreign accented male caller from card member services asked "How's it going?"
I said "Fine" then asked "Are you Richard?"
scammer hung-up right away.
later did *67 since it was a local number and it was an active fax line that was spoofed.
