This number has been calling regularly.  I block all calls from unknown callers, but I was just curious who this was (nothing in 800 notes yet).  I called back from a different number, and they answered, "Thank you for calling back to Veterans in Defense of Liberty Headquarters".  Looked them up on the web - they appear to be a legitimate charity, but everything looks pretty hastily thrown together.
