ARS is a debt collector that tries to hide it by answering the phone 'customer service', and then getting you to give them info. Tell them, sorry but you're not getting any info.
Never give your information to anyone who calls you, Its easy to spoof caller ID, to make it show any lie you want it to show. Your caller could be legitimate, but they could be a scammer who wants to steal all of your money.
If you need to give your information to someone you call them at a phone number you know does not belong to a scammer.
