I believe that this is a potential scam, they say that they can decrease your credit card rate that was recently increased. The problem is: they do no task for a specific person, nor do they mention which credit card that they are referring to. Stayed on the line and asked who are you looking to talk to and what card are you referring to and they hung-up.
