I asked to take a message and idiot said no since I'm not the homeowner td them not to call said they will everyday and called me a f--- b----- can't wait to get a call so I can make any appoint after reading every report on this number. I will get their Information and report them...
I want to start asking these home improvement companies for their Contractors License number. Also, to get a phone number that I can reach them at if I need to call them. Then, I think I will also start wasting their time and make appointments. Yes, I know the sales person will be pissed off, but maybe they will get take the hint to the powers that be.
Let me explain something...the DNC list is a gubermint scam to shut you up. In case you haven't noticed, almost every complaint on 800notes says they are on the DNC list. The DNC list is just a way of letting you think you have done something to stop these stupid and annoying calls. "Your tax dollars at work."

I suggest you look at the latest Panasonic wireless phone systems. They can block up to 250 numbers. When they are full, you can delete the oldest numbers and keep blocking. I have one and I just love it. No, I don't work for Panasonic.
