Answered to a robocall which left an only quasi-audible message which mentioned federal crimes, an appearance in court, money, and a hodgepodge of misused legalese. I returned the call, and a woman claiming to represent the US treasury answered, and asked me for my "home phone number" so she could bring up my file. I asked her if she was actually with the US treasury, and after a pause she said "yes." I hung up.
