I live in Ohio and have been getting calls from this phone number in CA to my cell phone? My general rule of thumb is if someone calls my cell phone and I don't recognize the number--I don't answer it. Simple as that. If they really need to talk to me they would leave a voicemail, which this number doesn't. After so many annoying calls I give the number to my little brother and he has fun calling them back and harrassing them.
