Even if you are on the Do Not Call List, you will still get things coming through. One way to stop this is the report them on www.donotcall.gov. I have had alot of success cutting down on bogus calls by reporting them.
this is actually a criminal scam organization, hoping you answer - they're phishing for your personal info for identity theft purposes.
657-202-9028 called my cell. I didnt pick up. I used a landline with *67 call blocking to call it back. It is the exact same anonymous business voicemail that I got earlier this week from 412-530-5568 and 412-530-5524 (both numbers are here in 800 Notes already)
