calls several times a week to my work number.. finally answered... he said he was calling about the warranty that is almost up up on my car... I asked what car do I own sir? He said you own a VW Jetta... I told him he was incorrect as I no longer own that car and they need to update their records... he then hung up on me? haha
I had a call from this number telling me if I do not sign up for the warranty with them I would loos all coverage on my Kia. He wanted my Debit card number and charge me today $200 to keep my coverage and the total cost would be $3200. I told him I would not do that and than he told me that now any kind of coverage with Kia was now cancelled out and he give me a cancellation number. I hang up and called my Dealer ship and they told Kia would never do such thing and I don"t have anything to worry about it my coverage is there and effected as they claimed. Reported them to the TV station here in town.
