Received a call from 657-205-0378. The man stated that his name was Richard and that he was calling from the Renewable Energy Center. When I told him I was on the Do Not Call List, his response was that he wasn't selling anything. My reply was that I didn't solicit his call and to not call me again. To that he started to argue with me and I hung up. I noticed that I also received calls from the Renewable Energy center from 657-205-0656.
Call and hang up. Probably same outfit as 657 205 0383 and 0656 (the last mentioned by Lou above) Caller ID says "Santa Ana, CA" perhaps an overlay area code. BS by any number is still BS. And I don't pick up the phone for BS.
