I got a call from a company called Krintzman & Schreiber? The message stated some legal action against me and things in that nature. Process server...possible missed court dates...ect.....I'm assuming it is a collection agency. I called the courthouse in my area and there isn't any court date for me. I contacted the FTC and they educated me on these scams. I gave them the information I had and they told me It is really a collection agency called PLATINUM INNOVATIONS 171 S ANITA DR STE 219 ORANGE CA 92868-3369. I looked it up and it says the owner name is Joseph Wright. (657)208-0330. It comes up if you do a business search in the city of Orange Ca. This is a total scam...do not pay or give these people any information.

I got a call from these scam artists also. I'm glad I found this post. I looked it up like you said. Said that the owners are Joseph Wright and Danny Hernandez. They claim to be a Law Firm Krintzman & Schreiber which is a total lie!! The real name is Platinum Innovations? When I called back, it said google voice? Same type of conversation. Said I was being sued. I hung up on this guy. I did the same thing and called FTC and they let me know what I need to do. I did get scared at first, then realized they are just collection scammers.
